Hi & Namaste, I'm Dilip. I've climbed Himalayan peaks and led treks across the Indian and Nepal Himalayas, with over 10 years of experience as an outdoor trip leader and Adventure Journey Instructor. I work with international and diverse teams, focusing on safe, meaningful, and well-guided mountain journeys.

I believe in staying a student of the mountains, always learning with each experience. I believe in calm, positive, and hospitable leadership, with strong attention to safety, teamwork, and respect for nature.

Kamal Bahadur Magar is a highly experienced tourism professional with over 25 years of dedication to the trekking and adventure tourism industry in the Nepal Himalayas. Born and raised in Dhankuta, his journey began from the grassroots level, reflecting strong determination, resilience, and a deep passion for mountain tourism.

Starting from ground zero, Kamal gained hands-on experience across various roles in trekking operations, logistics, and high-altitude trek leadership, steadily building his expertise. With more than 20 years of experience leading treks across the Nepal Himalayas, he has successfully guided countless national and international trekkers, always prioritizing safety, cultural understanding, and authentic mountain experiences.

Through years of hard work, learning, and leadership, Kamal progressed to become the Co-Founder of the company, where he now plays a key role in operations, team development, and ensuring high service standards. His journey from humble beginnings to a leadership position stands as a true testament to his commitment, integrity, and lifelong contribution to Himalayan trekking tourism.
