Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to COSMIC HIMALAYA. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking & Payment

To secure your trek or camp, an advance payment is required. The balance amount must be cleared 15 days before the departure date. We accept payments via bank transfer, cards, and UPI.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans change. Our standard policy includes:

30+ Days: 90% Refund or 100% Trek Voucher.
15-29 Days: 50% Refund or 70% Trek Voucher.
Less than 7 Days: No refund or voucher possible due to fixed logistics.

Code of Conduct

We strictly follow Leave No Trace principles. Participants must respect local culture and environment. The consumption of alcohol or illegal substances during the trek is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

Liability & Safety

COSMIC HIMALAYA acts as a facilitator. We are not liable for delays or changes caused by natural disasters, weather, or political unrest. Participants are responsible for their own fitness and personal belongings.
