Trip Itinerary (13 Days – Kathmandu to Kathmandu)

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Hotel/Guest House in Thamel (Tourist-friendly area). Meet your guide and prepare for the trek ahead.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840m) – Phakding (2,610m)

Fly to Lukla, trek for 2.5 hours. Overnight at Tea House (Full board package).

Day 03: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,446m)

6-hour trek through pine forests and suspension bridges. Overnight stay at Tea House (Full board package).

Day 04: Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar

Hike to Everest View Hotel, return to Namche Bazaar. Overnight stay at the same hotel (Full board package).

Day 05: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,867m)

5-hour trek to the famous Tengboche Monastery. Overnight stay at Tea House (Full board package).

Day 06: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,300m)

5-hour trek through alpine terrain. Overnight stay at Tea House (Full board package).

Day 07: Acclimatization Day at Dingboche

Short hike to Nagarjun Hill for acclimatization. Overnight stay at the same hotel (Full board package).

Day 08: Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910m)

5-hour trek passing the memorials of climbers. Overnight stay at Tea House (Full board package).

Day 09: Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5,360m) – Gorakshep (5,160m)

7-hour trek to reach the legendary Everest Base Camp! Return to Gorakshep for overnight stay at Tea House (Full board package).

Day 10: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5,545m) – Pheriche

6-hour trek. Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise views of Everest. Descend to Pheriche. Overnight at Tea House (Full board package).

Day 11: Pheriche to Namche Bazaar

6-hour trek descending to Namche Bazaar. Overnight stay at Tea House (Full board package).

Day 12: Namche Bazaar to Lukla

5-8 hour trek back to Lukla. Celebrate your achievement! Overnight stay at Tea House (Full board package).

Day 13: Early morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu

35-minute scenic flight back to Kathmandu. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 14: Departure from Nepal

The Everest Base Camp Trek is challenging and requires good physical fitness and mental determination. Previous high-altitude trekking experience is recommended. The trek involves long days of walking at high altitudes with potential altitude sickness risks.

Safety & Health Concerns

Pre-Trek Preparation

Trekkers should begin preparing their bodies at least six weeks before the trek. Focus on stamina-building and strength training exercises such as long walks, uphill climbs, and trekking with a weighted backpack.

Altitude Sickness & Emergency

Due to the high altitude, trekkers may feel altitude sickness. In case of emergencies, trekkers can exit the trek via helicopters. This is a safety measure we take seriously to ensure your well-being.

Annapurna Base Camp Trek Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Pokhara

Reach Pokhara, the gateway to Annapurna treks. Explore Phewa Lake, local markets, or relax before the trek.

Day 2: Pokhara → Kuli → Ghandruk

Drive to Kuli via Nayapul and trek to Ghandruk, a beautiful Gurung village with mountain views.

Day 3: Ghandruk → Chomrong

Trek through forests and villages with views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Machhapuchhare.

Day 4–6: Chomrong → Bamboo → Deurali → Annapurna Base Camp

Ascend through dense forests and glacial terrain to reach Annapurna Base Camp, surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks.

Day 7–10: Return via Bamboo → Jhinu → Pokhara → Kathmandu

Descend through the same trail, relax at Jhinu hot springs, and return to Pokhara and Kathmandu.
